For events lasting the entire day, the photographer and/or videographer will take a break during the lunch and dinner and will not be shooting during these times.

• If there is any specific music you would like included in your film, please let us know before your photoshoot. We will inform you if there are any issues with your selection. If no specific music is requested, we will choose suitable music for you.

• We aim to provide a copy of the final film within 30 days of your photoshoot. However, this is an estimate, as delivering a high-quality product is our priority.

• Photobook orders will be delivered within 30 days. (will take longer depending on location)

• To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package fee is required.

• The remaining balance is due in full after the photoshoot. (Failure to settle the balance may result in a delay in receiving your pictures/videos.)

In the unlikely event of complete equipment failure or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from filming your wedding, you will receive a full refund. We will not be held liable for any additional damages.
